Job Description:

As a Receivable Recovery Executive , you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding receivables from clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Contacting clients via phone, email, and letters to remind them of outstanding payments.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements with clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
• Collaborating with the finance team to reconcile accounts.
• Preparing regular reports on collection activities and outstanding receivables.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Job Specifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of Accounting Software shall be given additional preference
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of accounting software and principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Two-Wheeler License is Mandatory for this position
