Role Overview:
- We are hiring Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The role involves patient follow-up calls, gathering feedback, handling inquiries providing information on services, appointments reminders & reports generated
- 1-2 years experience in a call center or customer service, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in call management software
- Fluent in English, Maithali and Nepali; Hindi is a plus
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
