Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for customer support roles.
  • Conducting orientation and providing training on customer service skills, company policies, and product knowledge.
  •  Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and organizing coaching or improvement plans.
  • Implementing initiatives to maintain high morale, job satisfaction, and reduce turnover in the support team.
  • Addressing and resolving workplace issues or conflicts among customer support staff.
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand, including managing shift schedules and work hours.
  • Ensuring that customer support staff adhere to company policies, customer service protocols,
