Description

  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Handle Queries and complaints that may relate to the product, or order processing & delivery process.
  • Collect, compile, pack, and dispatch orders. Help the team with the order fulfillment when needed.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (including text, images, videos, and other media) across all social media platforms, ensuring content is on-brand and visually appealing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve our social media efforts.
  • Stock keeping, and updating inventories of all online platforms.
  • Partner with warehouse personnel regarding changes to shipping time and inventory cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with the customer on repair and other complaints, escalate the issue to the internal department, and ensure timely follow-up to ensure customer experience.
  • Follow up on potential clients and suggest improvement areas as per customer feedback and self-analysis. Involve in various customer experience surveys and projects.

Assist at the physical showroom when there’s less volume of inquiries and online orders.
